This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add a user to a Plugzio device in the management dashboard. Following these easy steps will allow the managers to add new users to their devices, ensuring access for everyone involved.
1. Click "Device Management"
2. Click "ADD USER" option for the device ID that you would like to add a user to.
3. Click "User's E-mail" and enter the email address of the user.
Note: this email address must be the same email that the user created their user account with.
4. Click "Payment Plan" and from the dropdown list choose the payment plan you would like to assign to the user.
5. Click "SUBMIT" to confirm adding the user to the device.
6. Once the user is added, you can see the list of the users for a specific device by clicking on the arrow button on the bottom-right side of the device section
7. Now you can see the list of users of each device and the payment plan assigned to them.
