Plumb’s is a trusted clinical resource that supports your whole team—ultimately supporting you, too. A Plumb’s group account puts everything your team needs to work up cases, choose treatments, educate pet owners, and more, all in one central location.

What Is a Group Account?

A group account lets you purchase individual licenses and manage billing under one account, so you can assign (and reassign) licenses to team members as needed. Each license allows a team member to access Plumb's content and features from any device—in or out of the practice.

How to Create a Group Account

Creating a group account is simple. Choose the guide below that pertains to you and follow the instructions to create your account. Once you’ve created your account, find our tips for getting started here.

Creating a Group Account - Existing Subscribers

If you already have a Plumb’s account, you’ll find it quite simple to turn it into a multi-user group account. Follow the instructions below.

  1. Visit app.plumbs.com from your computer or tablet, using a browser like Safari or Google Chrome, and sign in to your account.

  2. Click on the Profile icon in the top right corner of your screen.

  3. Choose Subscription Details from the list that appears.

  4. Under the Plan Details section, click on the button that says Add More Users.

  5. Adjust the Users slider that appears to the number of licenses you’d like to purchase. (💡Tip: Count yourself when choosing the number of licenses.)

  6. Confirm your plan details and payment information and agree to the terms of use.

  7. Click Confirm Purchase.

  8. You’re ready to start inviting users!

Creating a Group Account - New Subscribers

Creating a group account is still quite simple if you’re new to Plumb’s. You’ll just have a little bit more information you’ll need to enter to create your account first. Follow the instructions below.

  1. Visit app.plumbs.com/subscribe from your computer or tablet, using a browser like Safari or Google Chrome.

  2. Follow the prompts to create an account. (💡Tip: We recommend choosing an email address you check frequently.)

  3. In step 2, choose your plan type (you can compare the plans here) and adjust the Users slider to reflect the number of licenses you’d like to purchase. Be sure to count yourself among the licenses!

    BONUS: If you have 5 or more users, you’ll see an automatic discount on your subscription.

  4. Complete your profile.

  5. Enter your payment details.

  6. Review everything and make sure you’ve entered your information correctly before you purchase the subscription. You’ll see a ‘thank you’ screen once it goes through.

  7. Now, you’re ready to start inviting users!

Our self-serve plans allow up to 10 licenses for Plumb’s Pro and 20 for Plumb’s Veterinary Drugs. If you find yourself needing more licenses, we can help! We offer custom plans for large practices, practice groups, universities, pharmacies, and more. The plan is customizable, which means pricing varies depending on your specific needs.
