How do I make changes to my account?

To make changes to your account information, please visit the Profile page on a desktop or mobile browser.* You can access the Profile page by hovering over the My Account drop-down menu. Here you will be able to edit the following information:

  • Email address and password

  • Personal information (eg, name, address)

  • Occupation details

To make changes to your billing information or see your renewal date, select Subscription Details in the My Account drop-down menu.

*Please note that profile changes cannot be made in the app.
