The Pass Guarantee is available to eligible users who used our app to study, then failed their exam. Here's what you need to know about our guarantee:
Overview
Pass your upcoming exam with Pocket Prep or we will provide you with three additional months of our Premium subscription for free. Certain conditions apply, as outlined below.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Pass Guarantee, one must have:
Had a paid subscription for at least 3 months on or after 02/10/2020
Attempted all available practice questions at least once
Maintained at least an 80% cumulative average on practice exams
Requesting Additional Access
You can submit a request through our Message Center. Just send us a message explaining your situation, including specific items listed below. Before submitting a request, please consider the following:
Make sure you are eligible (see Eligibility above)
Have a copy of your official exam printout showing a failing score
Provide a copy of your receipt showing that you’ve had a subscription for at least 3 months
Provide a screenshot of your Stats area in the app showing all questions attempted with 80% or greater cumulative average score
All requests must be made within 30 days of the failed exam attempt.
