If you have subscribed to one of Pocket Prep’s bundled applications through the App Store, Google Play, or our online web portal and wish to change the type of subscription you have, you will need to edit the subscription on the platform you initiated it on.

Customers who initiated their subscriptions directly via Pocket Prep Web App can change the lenght of their subscription by visiting the Purchases area inside of the Settings and clicking the Edit button on the subscription they want to change.
