If you’re having trouble logging in, don’t worry! It’s usually something simple. Below are the most common reasons and quick fixes to help you get back to studying.
I clicked “Send Link,” but didn’t receive it
When signing in with a magic link, make sure you’ve entered the correct email address — and that it’s the same one you’re checking for the link.
Double-check for typos in your email address.
Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
If you’re using Gmail, also check your All Mail folder.
If you’re logged into multiple inboxes, make sure you’re checking the right one.
Still not there? Wait a few minutes and then try sending the link again.
I can’t access Pocket Prep from work or school
Some business or school networks block certain online services, including login components.
Try switching to mobile data or a different Wi-Fi network.
If you’re using a VPN, disconnect it and try again.
Once you can access Pocket Prep from another network, you’ll know the issue is with your school or work firewall settings.
I can’t remember my password
No problem — you have two easy options:
Use the “Sign in via Link” option to log in without a password.
Or click “Forgot Password” to reset your password via email.
As always, check your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t receive the email within a few minutes.
