Tower Bridge Location
Our Tower Bridge location is on the bottom floor of the Minories car park (1 Shorter Street, London E1 8LP).
You can drive right up to this along the A1210 (please note this is a one-way street). Our facility is located on the right, just after you drive under a bridge. You can drive right up towards the shutters .
Please note that not every member can get internet connection when inside the car park. We recommend that members collect their code when outside the car park.
The car park is also staffed 24/7 should you need assistance, and you can enter as a pedestrian via a side door at the entrance. The what3words of the entry way is repay.return.monks, and the closest stations are Tower Hill, Fenchurch Street and Aldgate.
Entering the facility
Find your booking ticket and press “Get Entry Code” to reveal the main entry code for the door.
Enter the code into the keypad on the door.
When entering the code please make sure you enter the star before the 6 digits.
If the code is entered wrong a few times the lock can stop functioning for around 30 seconds as a security measure so please give it a chance to re-set before entering again.
Please enter the code slowly - the lock is not time sensitive so take your time and press the buttons gently.
Finding your unit
Your unit is numbered. This is the same number as in your booking ticket under "Space".
Press the ‘Get Unit Code’ button to get the code for your specific unit.
Enter the code. There is no * here.
Leaving & re-entering the car park
To exit the car park, please use the stairs. These are located by unit 11 on both floors.
Your code changes throughout the day - so whenever you need to re-enter, go through the above steps.
