How to find your unit
Once you are inside a Pocket facility, you will find every individual unit is numbered. Your unit will have the same number as the booking ticket inside your Pocket app (it will say "unit number").
How to open your unit
You will open your unit via a code inside the Pocket website. Press the "Get Unit Code" button on your booking ticket to reveal the latest code for your unit.
Troubleshooting
If you have an issue with unit door, please first check you are using the correct unit, and that you have the latest version of your unit code. You should then give our additional tips a read, especially if it's your first time.
Belongings left in unit
If you have arrived at your unit inside a Pocket storage facility, and found someone has left their items in your unit please contact us at hello@pocket.storage.
The items have been left there by the previous person using the unit - they should have collected these before their booking expired.
