How to find your unit
Your unit is numbered, and is the same number you have booked. Your booking ticket on the Pocket website also displays your unit number.
Every unit door within a location also displays the number on the units door.
How to open your unit
You will open your unit via a code inside the Pocket website. Press the "Get Unit Code" button on your booking ticket to reveal the latest code for your unit.
Troubleshooting
If you have an issue with unit door, please first check you are using the correct unit, and that you have the latest version of your unit code. You should then give our additional tips a read, especially if it's your first time.
If the lock if flashing red, the lock thinks this code is incorrect. If the lock is flashing blue, but the door still won't open, there is a mechanical issue with the lock and this will require a callout.
β
In the event of a mechanical issue, we ask that you record a video trying to open the locker and send this to hello@pocket.storage so our team can view the issue straight away. This is a rare event, but if the worst happens we will provide you with a temporary unit to store your belongings in too.
Belongings left in unit
If you have arrived at your unit inside a Pocket storage facility, and found someone has left their items in your locker please contact us at hello@pocket.storage.
The items have been left there by the previous person using the locker - they should have collected these before their booking expired.
