As many locations on our platform are owned by third parties, the individual facilities will differ slightly between them. However, many facilities contain car parking spaces, plug sockets for power, WiFi, and are open 24/7.

Are individual locks provided in Pocket storage facility?
Individual locks are not provided and we recommend that every cyclist brings their own lock for additional security.
Do I need to bring a padlock to lock my storage unit?
No need for a padlock here. All individual Pocket units are secured by a bespoke locking mechanism which connects to Pocket's website. So no need to worry about another key to hold to!
Is there CCTV in a Pocket storage facility?
Most locations have CCTV but this depends on the individual facility.
