How to find your location
You'll receive full access instructions via email after every booking, with specific instructions on how to find your location. This is also available inside the Pocket website by pressing the "Help" button.
Dropping your items off
Once you've arrived at a facility, you'll enter by accessing a code found within the Pocket website:
Press “Get Code” to reveal the main entry code for the door.
Enter the code into the keypad on the door.
When entering the code please make sure you enter the star before the 6 digits.
If the code is entered wrong a few times the lock can stop functioning for around 30 seconds as a security measure so please give it a chance to re-set before entering again.
Please enter the code slowly - the lock is not time sensitive so take your time and press the buttons gently.
Please note that entry codes will not show up until the day of the booking.
Please make sure you use the same numbered unit you have booked.

For instructions to enter your specific unit, please head over here.
Picking your items up
Please re-enter using the same technique as above. Your access code changes throughout the day so you will need to request a new code within the Pocket website.

This system is heavily used across the UK every month & is incredibly reliable. However, we've found these tips can be helpful if it's your first time or you are seeing repeated issues.
