Our units are protected by bespoke door & lock designs to keep out anyone who shouldn't be there! Sometimes they can be a little confusing - especially if its your first time. These tips are handy:
Press the "Get Unit Code" button in your app. This does change regularly so does this each time you need to enter the unit.
No * for your unit code (there is for your main location code). So just enter the numbers slowly and gently here.
We can't highlight this enough - enter the numbers slowly. The keypad is designed to be patient.
If the keypad flashes red at any point, pause before trying again.
If the lock if flashing red, the lock thinks this code is incorrect. If the lock is flashing blue, but the door still won't open, there is a mechanical issue with the lock and this will require a callout.

In the event of a mechanical issue, we ask that you record a video trying to open the locker and send this to hello@pocket.storage so our team can view the issue straight away. This is a very rare event, but if the worst happens we will provide you with a temporary unit to store your belongings in too.
