Can I ask access my unit 24/7?
Yes, you can access your Pocket Storage unit any time you need too. So whether it's taking a delivery at 4am, and finally laying down your tools after a late on, we've got you covered.
I have multiple staff members. Can they access the unit on my account?
Yes, we're happy for you to let members of your team access the unit on your account. Simply provide them with your login details and you are good to go. Remember, per our T&Cs, you are responsible for anyone who is accessing your unit and they should behave responsibly.
Can I rent out storage units at multiple locations?
Yes, absolutely. We're happy for you to take out multiple spaces at different locations. With no locks or keys required, it's as simple as just logging in and booking another unit. So whether you need a home away from home, or a temporary space to store some bits & bobs near a big job, we're happy to host you.
