Can I enable/disable email delivery for a customer?

Need to stop emailing a customer for a while? Emails not going to the customer and can't figure out why? Here you go!

You can enable or disable email delivery for each customer individually. You would do this by going to their customer profile and clicking the "edit" button for their service address window, here.Β 

Then, toggle the "enable email delivery" check box on or off according to your needs and save your changes.
