Account statuses can take up to 24 hours to update throughout the system. Account status updates will be delayed when there is a higher amount of traffic on the site.
The list of accounts is shown based on the pests selected in the filters. If you do not select any pests, then the accounts with no targeted pests selected will be shown. If you select pests in the filters, only the accounts with those pests selected as targeted pests will be shown. If you are missing accounts on the report, select all pests and they will show up.
Functionality for pulling up a list with all accounts, regardless of which pests are targeted, or if targeted pests are selected is forthcoming.
