How do I make it so I don't have to choose a specific time when adding a new customer?

If you don't want to select a specific time when adding a customer for a particular agreement, you can change the settings so when you add a customer for that agreement, it doesn't give you the option to select a time slot, but rather just the date. When you add the customer, it won't be on a specific route at a specific time, but rather on that date in the job pool.

Go to settings->agreements->click on the agreement of choice, and check the box as shown below.

Once you make that change, you will not see the time slot anymore.
