This feature was released on September 11, 2017 and upon release, the En Route SMS cannot be edited. Below is how the En Route SMS message will look when sent to the customer. The name after "I'm on my way" is the name of the technician that is assigned to the route. The name after the technician name is the company name. Customers can respond to this text and it will be seen as shown here.
