Exciting New Feature Update:

Enhanced Estimates Now Available! We’re excited to introduce our newly updated feature designed to make your workflow even smoother—Estimates! With this new tool, you can quickly create, send, and manage estimates directly within the platform. Whether you're pricing out a job, offering potential services, or simply giving your customers a preview of costs, our Estimates feature helps you stay organized, professional, and efficient every step of the way.

You can create an estimate from the navigation bar or directly in the customer's or lead's account.

Estimates Overview

View Existing Quote (Company Side)

Click on an estimate from the Estimates report or the Estimates list on a Lead or Customer account to open up the online version of the estimate.

Create New Estimate

Add unlimited products / services to an estimate. You can make items optional and even recommend certain items.

Send Customer/Lead and Email with PDF and Link to Estimate

Here is a sample email template if you would like to use it for your company:

Customer Approving/Signing Quote

When the customer clicks on the estimate from their email or text message, they can view the estimate, approve it with a signature, decline it, or request changes

The customer will also be able to see all the quotes you've sent them from the estimates hub.

Convert Approved Quote to a Job Once Estimate is Signed

Set up terms, notes, and terms and condition templates for efficiently adding common information to estimates
