View/Add Screen
You can schedule existing customers and add new customers straight from the View/Add screen.
One option is to click on the route on the time slot you want to schedule an existing customer for. You will get a pop-up menu with different options. You will want to choose "Schedule Customer" to create a new job or schedule an existing job.
You then type in the customer you want to schedule and select the job you are scheduling or create a new job.
If you know the date the customer is due, you can open your calendar date range and job pool date range to encompass that job and then just drag the job out of the job pool onto the route.
You can schedule from the customer's profile under Scheduled Services.
