If weather data isn't showing up in the mobile tech app when you click the Weather button (Step 2) after entering chemicals (Step 1), try the following steps:
Force close the app
Swipe the app closed completely, then reopen it. In most cases, this will reload the necessary data.Log out and log back in
If force closing doesn’t work, log out of the app and log back in. This refreshes the app and syncs it with the latest info from the website.Check the customer’s geocode in Pocomos
If the issue continues, log into Pocomos and open the customer’s account. Make sure the geocode is correctly set to their physical location. The system uses this location to pull local weather data—if it’s missing or incorrect, the weather won’t populate.
