How to Export Customer Data in Pocomos
To export a list of customers in Pocomos:
Go to Customers in the main menu.
Click Advanced Search.
If you only want active customers, don’t change anything—just scroll down and click Search.
You’ll get a list of all active customers in the system. Each customer will only appear once, even if they have multiple active contracts (e.g., general pest + mosquito). One-time service customers that are still marked active will also show up.
That’s fine—you can clean those up in Excel later.
Exporting the List
Once your customer list appears:
Click the Action button in the top right corner.
Click Download.
You’ll see a pop-up like this:
There are two columns:
Left column: optional fields you can include (e.g., billing name, address, contract data).
Right column: fields already selected for export.
Click fields on the left to add them to the right column.
There’s also a checkbox that says “Show only Active Contracts”:
If checked:
You’ll get one row per active contract. So if someone has two active services, they’ll appear twice.If unchecked:
You’ll also get past and canceled contracts.
Once your fields are set, click the blue Export button in the bottom right (not “Search” again).
Getting the File
After you click Export, the system processes the request.
To download the file:
Go to your Message Board.
Look for a new alert with a link.
Click the link to download your spreadsheet.
Cleaning It Up in Excel or Google Sheets
Once you have the spreadsheet:
Add filters so you can remove one-time service customers or anything else you don’t need.
Use the Recurring Price column to estimate annual contract value:
If it’s a per-service billing: that number is the price per visit.
If it’s monthly billing: multiply the number by 12 for the annual value.
