Can I create proposal or quote for a customer?

Customer wants a quote before signing up? Follow these steps.

First thing you'll want to do is turn on the notifications when an "email completion" is accomplished, and the ability to send a remote completion during the add customer process. To do that head to Settings > Configuration > Scheduling and make sure that both "Enable remote agreement completion during customer creation" and either one or both of "create an alert on remote completion" and "send an email on remote completion" are checked. (sending an email will notify you via email when a customer remotely signs the agreement, an alert will only show up in pocomos message center)

Next, add the customer as usual, but instead of finalizing the addition of the customer on step 4, send the remote completion.ย 

This will send the customer agreement with all of the proposed pricing, service types, frequency etc that you have filled out in the add customer screens to the customer for them to review and accept. Once they have accepted you will be notified either by email or through pocomos message center depending on which boxes you checked in the scheduling configuration.ย
