Two-Way SMS

For some time now you have had the ability to broadcast SMS to your customers. Now you can have full conversations in SMS. The normal SMS fees apply ($3/month for the phone number and $0.03 per text inbound or outbound). If you have not already, you must first enable SMS for your location(s). To do so, reach out to us and we can get it setup for you. 

Here are some more details about two-way SMS: The customer detailed view shows a brief conversation history. To view a full conversation between a given phone number and you, click on the view more option at the top of the conversation box. 

Full conversation history will look like this. 

 You can also see the full SMS history by going to History --> SMS.

Before sending a message, you can select the number you want it to send to and which job information you want it to pull.

Alerts

You can enable inbound alerts under an employee's permissions. Go to the Employees tab on the lefthand side, click on the employee who you would like to receive Alerts about inbound SMS messages, and then check the box that says "Receive Notifications for all Inbound SMS."

Employees with this permission enabled will receive an alert on their Message Board similar to the one show below.

You can also see all of the responses from customers that have not been responded to if you go to Reports --> Unanswered Messages.
