How do I add new tags?

You can add new and edit existing tags by going to settings->manage->tags

These are useful as quick notes when adding a customer. They are visible when scheduling customers, sending out reminders, and processing jobs. You will be able to filter many of the reports by tag as well. Some good examples of tags are "prefers a call before each service", "prefers an email notification", "prefers a text". etc.
