How do I add and edit cancel reason?

Go to settings->manage->cancel reasons

When you deactivate a customer's account or cancel their contract, you will be able to select a cancel reason. You can then check the Delinquent Report to see the reasons your customers are going inactive or cancelling.

When you deactivate the customer, you will be able to select the reason from the drop down menu.
