The "Delivered" status represents the emails in which a confirmation of delivery was received from the recipient's email client after the email was sent. If it says "Sent," it may have been delivered, but there just wasn't a confirmation of that from the recipient's email client.
You can see a report of all the emails sent by going to Reports->Email Report
