If you completed services for customers prior to migrating over to Pocomos, you may want to back date a few services. It's not a super fast process, but there is a way to do it.
First, go to the customer's profile and hit Quick Add Service or go to Scheduled Services and hit Add Service.
It doesn't matter the date that you select when setting up the service.
You then go to scheduled services, click on the service, and change the status to Complete.

The service is now marked as complete, so go to History->Services and click on the service to change the date that it was completed and hit Save Changes.
