The Standard Sales Profile
When you set up a salesperson, the picture above shows what the salespersons profile will look like. They will have access to their personal sales info, company records, a what-if calculator to help set sales goals, and reports to track their progress.ย
Most importantly they can create/manage leads and use the lead map, create and schedule customers, and then view all their sold customers to be able to track their status to make sure they are getting serviced.

Sales Manager
A Sales Manager has the same basic permissions and abilities as a regular salesperson. The biggest difference is having access to their teams commission report. In this report they can view the sales statistics of each individual sales reps. You can view the commission report below.
Sales Admin
A Sales Admin has a variety of extra abilities. Think of a sales admin as a branch manager of the sales team. They can edit setting, look at routes, add/edit employees, and have an assortment of reports where they can track the success of their teams and reps.ย
