Email and SMS Templates are great for speeding up the communications between you and your customers. They enable you to set up mass-customized messages so you can send out bulk messages that pertain to each customer individually.
You will set these up at Settings->Communications->Email Templates or SMS Templates.
Step 1. Set up your Template Section, and select the recipient of your template if it is for "Customers" or Leads". Feel free to click on the drop-down arrow.
Step 2. Set up the Internal Title
Step 3. Add the Internal Description
Step 4. If you're setting up an Email Template, add the Email Subject.
Step 5. Add variables in the box to complete your template.
