Automatic Communications through Pocomos!

This feature enables you to set up automatic text and email notifications related to your scheduled and completed jobs. The goal for this feature is to help you cut down on the time it takes to send out email and text notifications to your customers prior to their scheduled jobs and after you have completed a job for them. This is also just the beginning and the foundation for more exciting automatic communications to come.

How To Set Up Your first Automatic Communication

Go to Settings->Communications->Auto CommunicationsOn the top right corner of the page, you will see a big blue button that says "Add Automatic Communication." Click on that button and begin creating your first Automatic Communication.

If you add an Automatic Communication with the following parameters:

Send Email: Service Reminder
Amount of Time: 3
Unit of Time: Day
Before
Event Type: Job Scheduled

Pocomos will automatically send the Service Reminder Email Template to all customers 3 days before his or her scheduled job (assuming they have an email address on file).

You can do the same with SMS Templates. You will just need to be set up to send SMS through Pocomos. Click here to get set up with our SMS services.

Email and SMS Templates

You will simply go to Settings->Communications->Email Templates or SMS Templates to set those up.

Here is a quick tutorial on how to set them up. Let us know if you need any assistance setting those up.
