When will a contract auto-renew is a question we hear a lot. I wanted to go over when they auto-renew and how you can make a contract auto-renew if it hasn't.
When a customer is created the system creates a contracts worth of jobs, and you can see those upcoming jobs on a customer profile, under scheduled services. As time goes and you complete those jobs and you only see one left is when you probably start wondering when it will auto renew. Then you go in and complete the last job that is showing up in scheduled services and you don't see any left in scheduled services and you start to panic. Don't worry!
The contract is renewed and the new jobs are created by Pocomos overnight once the last job is completed. When morning comes check again and the jobs for the upcoming year or contract will be there waiting for you.
