If you go to Customers->Advanced Search->you can filter for all of your inactive customers.
You can also go to Reports->Delinquent Report to find all the customers that have been deactivated within your selected date range.
Also, if you check this box, you can also search for inactive customers from the quick search in the top right corner of your screen
