If you have a situation where an employee no longer works for you or you want to restrict his or her access for whatever reason, you can go to Employees on the left-hand menu. Click on the "Actions" button on the right-hand side once you are looking at the employee list. Once you click on that, you will see the options to either Deactivate or Delete the employee.ย
If you hit "Deactivate," the employee won't be able to log in, but they will still show up in reports and you will be able to reactivate them later.
If you delete the employee's account, you will not be able to recover that account. If they ever come back to the company, you will need to add a new employee profile.
