You might be wondering what's causing this. This is a very isolated issue in the system, it also depends on how the browser settings have been configured. Don't worry we can sort it out. Try the steps below:
Step 1.
Clear cache and clear browsing history, then log out and log back in again. (if didn't work move to the next step)
Step 2.
Maybe your screen is too large and you just need to minimize it.
Step. 3
From the visual routing page click route > action > optimize route. If some stops are still missing, try to click on "recalculate route" this time. Press F5 to reload the page.
The stops should be all posted.
