I can't view or add customer account notes

If you can't view the customer account notes, it could be that the permission is disabled in your office settings.

Please note that you can only update this if you are an admin or owner.

How to check it under your employee settings?

Go to Employees> click the employee name > permission > tick the box that says "Allow user to view and edit Customer account notes".

Lastly, click on save changes.
