How to complete jobs if you're not a Technician?

There are different ways to complete jobs even if you're not a tech on site.

Step 1 - Go to customers account > click on schedule services > click the job >. You'll get the "Edit Scheduled Service" page.

You'll get the "Edit Scheduled Service" page then change the status to complete and apply the service price if it applies. Then hit save changes.

Step 2 - You complete it by going to scheduled services > action > by clicking action you would see the "service invoice".

Then hit "NEXT" to continue

You can edit the pricing then don't forget to click on "Save and Complete"

Step 3 - Go to Route > Process Routes. Click on the the job that you want to complete.
