Navigating a Customer's Account

The "Actions" Button

If you can't find what you need to do for a customer, chances are you will find it by clicking on the "Actions" button. From there, you can

1: Deactivate or put a customer on hold (Actions->Update Account Status)

2: View the customer's agreement

3: Send and Resend emails

4: Update the customer's GeoCode

5: Update the contract's first year value

6: Cancel the contract

7: Change the contract pricing

8: Modify the commissions paid to a technician that performs a service for that customer

9: Change the contract's service frequency

10: Change the contract's billing frequency

11: Change the associated service type

12: Adjust the customer's account credit
