What kind of alerts will you see on the Message Board?

Alerts Sent By Other Employees

You can send alerts to yourself, to a sales team, to everyone in a branch, to everyone across all branches, or to select employees. The employees will see the alerts on their personal Message Board and it will look something like this:

Alerts for Tasks (also assigned from Message Board or from Customer's Message Board)

You can assign tasks in the same way you can send alerts from the Message Board. Employees will get alerts when the task is assigned, due, and the assigning employee will get an alert when the task is completed.

Alerts from Inbound Text Messages From Your Customers

Reminders to Follow up with Leads

When you are adding a new lead's information, you can set a reminder to follow up with him or her.

When that reminder is due, the lead creator will get an alert like this:

Alerts For Same-Day Services

If you schedule a new customer for the current day, the tech for whom you scheduled that customer will get an alert like this.

Sales Alerts

If you would like to automate sales alerts to other sales reps or other employees in the office, you can set those up under settings and you will get alerts like the following:
