Why isn't my customer getting my texts?

If you have a customer who is saying they aren't receiving texts from you, a good place to start is by checking their number to see if it is set up to receive texts.

Go to their customer account->scroll down to Phone Numbers->and click on Edit to make sure the phone number is marked as a Mobile number and that the box is checked to enable SMS for that number.
