Here's how you create tags for your office.
Step 1 - Go to Settings > Manage > Tags
Step 2 - Click on "Add Tags"
If you're creating a new customer and you want to add tags, you can find it on Step 2 at the bottom part, just go ahead and thick the box under tags.
Once you completed creating the customers account and checked the tags. This is where you can see that from "service info" screen.
