Alert a Colleague through Permanent Notes
Alert a colleague when creating a permanent note on the job. These notes are internal notes only. These are not customer-facing notes and will not show on the invoice. These are useful for situations where you need to notify the office of something that happened on the job such as "Customer wasn't home. Please call to get new payment info" or "Customer wants to cancel. They requested a call from the office."
Add Dilution and Application Rates
Easily calculate and record the right dilution and application rates for each job.
You will need to go to the web app->inventory->products to set up the products you will be recording through the tech app
Use Technician Note Templates
Keep track of job progress with our technician note templates, which make it easy to document issues and concerns with the tap of a button.
To set up your note templates, go to settings->configuration->chem sheet templates in the web app. Any notes you configure here, will be available for your technicians in the mobile app.

Major UI Updates
To make the app more user-friendly and easy on the eyes.
Pop-up job note
When adding an account note on a customer's account in the web app, you have the option to display the note as a pop-up note for the technicians.
When you do this, the technician will get a pop-up note and have to clear it before he or she can proceed to start the job.
Option to replace Google’s Default Street View
If Google's default street view image isn't super accurate, the technician can upload a new image so that all future techs no exactly which property to treat.
Update the customer's geocode
If Google is taking the technician to the wrong property (often occurs in new construction), the tech can manually override the geocode so all future techs are routed to the correct property.
Pick a default navigation app
If a tech has a preferred navigation app, he or she can choose from Apple, Google, or Waze under the "My Profile" page.
Add personal alerts and send alerts to colleagues
Much like the Message Board in the web app, you can add alerts for yourself and other employees from the alerts section in the app. Tasks and other functionality is coming soon.
Push Notifications
In addition to receiving alerts to the Message Board, your tech can now receive push notifications through the app.
Two-way Texting
Technicians will be able to see push notifications for inbound texts and be able to text customers that are on their routes for the day. They won't be able to see all text conversations between all customers--just the ones that are scheduled for them.
Manage payment accounts for existing customers
If you or a tech have the proper permissions enabled, you will be able to add new payment accounts to an existing customer.
Receive Payments for existing customers
If you have permission to view existing customers, you will be able to receive payments through the app by going to the customer's account.
Get Contract Signatures
If the customer hasn't yet signed his or her contract signature, the technician can grab that through the app.
File Manager
If a technician wants to take property photos of problem areas, he or she can do so and attach them through the file manager. These will be visible for future techs to reference.
