There are many ways to set a reminder.
There are alerts and tasks available from the Message Board page.
Alerts:
You can alert yourself, someone else, βa team, a whole branch, or everyone in the company
To do this, go to Message Board and select who you would like to alert on the top of the screen.
Tasks:
You can assign a task to the same list of people you can alert. Alerts do not have due dates, but tasks do.
From the customer profile you can set alerts and tasks for a specific customer.
For instance, if a customer wants to be billed on a certain day, you can assign a task to yourself with a due date to remind you to bill them on that day. β
You would access this feature by going to the message board tab in the right hand side navigation menu on the customer's profile page.
