How do I set up the online portal for a customer?

Sending a customer portal link to your customers

Step 1: Go to a customer's account and click on the Actions button

Step 2: Click on Resend Email

Step 3: Select "Customer Portal Setup" from the dropdown menu and hit send. This will send the customer a unique link so they can set up their Username and Password for their customer portal.
