How can I run a report for unserviced accounts for a given time period?

The report under Route > Reschedule will give you a list of all of the jobs that were scheduled on a route, but the service was never completed.

To get a list of services that were never scheduled on a route, head to Route > View/Add and use the job pool date range to pull up the list of services that were never added to a route during that time period.
