If your sales or your sales reps' accounts aren't showing up on the sales dashboard, it is likely because you haven't modified the sales status under Sales Status Modifier. Follow the steps below.
Go to Sales Tracker-> Sales Status Modifier
Select the branch from the right and the other filters you want. Click on individual jobs or all of them by clicking the box next to Customer Name column heading on the top left of the report. Then scroll down to the bottom and hit the Modify Selected button.
If you don't have any sales statuses, follow the screen shot below. You will want to add at least two similar to "Pending" and "Initial Job Complete" and designate the default and designate the sales status on which salespeople are paid.
Once modified to reflect "The initial service was completed for a job of this status," it will show up on the sales dashboard and in the Commission Report.
