From Route->Reschedule
In the navigation list on the right: select Route and then reschedule.
The page that comes up should look like this.
First use the filters to sort all of the incomplete jobs so that the job you are looking to reschedule shows up on the list. You may do this by simple selecting the date range that includes the date of the service, or by using any of the advanced search features that display in the "more options" extension of the job filters box.
When the job you need to reschedule is available on the list, click the blue "reschedule" button for that job. the re-schedule service window will pop up.
Select the date that you would like to reschedule the job for. You will have the option to assign the job to a specific route, choose a specific time for the job, schedule for "anytime" that day, and to apply the change to future services as well.
If you leave all check-boxes un checked it will add the job to the job pool for that day, to be scheduled and added to a route at a later time.
