How do I process a job?

First go to Route > Process and select your route for that day.

Next, click the "View in Maps" icon to use Google Maps to get to the property

Next, select the "service" button for the job you need to complete.

Next, hit the "Begin Service" button

On the next screen, enter the job start and end time, targeted pests, any notes, and chemical sheet information. Targeted Pests is required to move on to the payment screen. You will get an error if you don't fill this in. You will also get an error if you put in a product and don't put in the amount.

The Auto-Fill buttons are customizable. You can set up your own under settings->configuration->invoice defaults. This will give technicians the ability to fill out the Chemical Sheet by the push of a button.

You can capture the customer's signature from this screen as well.

If you need to, you can also:

  • resend any information to the customer via email

  • print the invoice

When you are ready to close out the invoice, hit "next"

From the next page you can accept payment, or complete the service to be billed at a later time.

To complete the service without accepting payment, just hit "save and complete"

To receive payment and complete the service click the green +payment button.


Select the payment type from the drop down and enter the amount. Then hit "Charge and Complete." When you type in the payment amount, the "Charge and Complete" will stay grayed out until you click out of the payment field (click anywhere on the white portion of the page).

To accept a credit card, you need to have your credit card processing gateway set up and the card must be added under Billing Information >Payment Accounts before you can charge it.
