Can I resend an email to a customer?

Yes, you can resend an email by going to the customer's profile, clicking on the actions menu and then selecting "resend email."

Then select the email you would like to resend from the drop down and hit send. Some of your options from this drop down are email verification, paid summary, unpaid summary, individual invoices, agreement and welcome letter, customer portal set up, and remote completion (the link that you send to a customer to have them sign the agreement on their end".
