To change the price on an agreement first you will go to a customer's service information page. From there hit the "actions" dropdown and select "modify contract pricing.
This will bring up the edit contract pricing window. Edit the pricing and hit save changes to change the price.
To send an updated agreement to your customer you must first regenerate the agreement. To keep the system running quickly, the system does not auto-regenerate the agreement when a change is made.
To re-generate the agreement, go back to the actions dropdown and hit "re-generate agreement."
From the same actions menu, you can select "resend email" to send out the new agreement.
