List View of Upcoming Jobs
The best place to go to see a list of all of the services that have been scheduled for a given month or time frame is the route->reminder page. From there, you can enter a date range and sort the list in many different ways. After you have sorted the list to include the information you want, you can export it, send text messages or emails to everyone on the list, add services to routes, or confirm services to routes they have been added to previously.
To add more options to the "Send Letter" button, go to settings->configuration->form letters.
To add more options to the "Send SMS" button, go to settings->configuration->SMS.
To change the message that is sent from the "Confirm Selected" button, go to settings->configuration->email notifications->job confirmed to route message
Visual Display of Upcoming Jobs
The best place to see all of your scheduled jobs in map view is route->map. From here, you can see all of the customers that are due within a selected date range. The pins represent customers who are due within that date range and the number on the pin corresponds to the date that the job is due. The color of the pin depends on your selection under settings->configuration->routing. If you have it set to "Preferred" on that page, the color corresponds to the preferred technician. If you have it set to "Scheduled," the pin corresponds to the technician whose schedule that job is on. If you see lines between pins, that means those jobs are scheduled and that is the route for a certain technician.
