Add Sales Statuses
Sales statuses can be used to determine which accounts sales people will be paid on
Add Salespeople
Employees->Sales profile->Click "Salesperson for this office"
This must be done in order to assign him or her to a sales team.
Add Sales Teams
Sales Tracker->Teams
If you don't see a sales person you want to add to a team, see previous step.
Add Sales Alerts
Settings->Configuration->Email Notifications->”Notify Contract Salesperson…”
This automatic alert will tell your sales reps when their sales get serviced, cancelled, or rescheduled so you don't have to.

These alerts will notify the company, branch, or sales team when sales reps make sales or hit certain milestones.

Adjust Settings for Sales Rep Scheduling
Settings->Configuration->Scheduling
If you enable “salespeople may only create customers from the My Spots page”, they can only schedule customers for time slots you make available to them from the My Spots page on their sales profile. If they add a customer from the Leads Map, it will direct them to the My Spots page to select a time slot.
Make Time slots Available to Sales Teams for Scheduling
Route->View/Add->Click on Route Name->Actions->Assign to Sales Team
You can also click anywhere on an open route to assign a slot to a sales team.
You can adjust the available time slots by clicking and dragging on the handle on the bottom
Add a Customer from Leads Map

My Spots
If you enable “salespeople may only create customers from the My Spots page”, they can only schedule customers from the My Spots page on their sales profile. The time slots you make available to them from the View/Add page will show up on their My Spots page . If they add a customer from the Leads Map, it will direct them to the My Spots page to select a time slot.
